“Bought a brand new VR headset for my two kids. The volunteer gentleman was so accommodating and allowed us to open the package and try it before buying the product. My two kids were so pleased having got one for only £5.”
“This is my favourite shop in Preston. The lady who runs the shop, is so charismatic and helpful. I have literally walked in there and said "Dress Me!" and walked out with a whole new outfit, accessories included! When I ran a children's nursery I used to buy a lot of items for the role play area, good quality, real life items. It's spacious (obviously could be larger!), well organised and clean.Love it!”

“This charity store is always full of bargains. The selection of nearly new and used clothes is attentively displayed showing colours and sizes with ease. There are a great selection of CDs, DVDs and books. The books again are sorted for children or adults. Cuddly toys, accessories and homeware are also abundant with a number of glass cabinets to show the more collectable items. The staff are always friendly and encouraging and make the store a pleasure to shop in.”
“Went into the store on Monday the 10th of January was looking for a cabinet to put my vivarium on had what I was looking for the price wast bad cost 25 for the TV cabinet and 15 for delivery for Saturday the 15th guy rang me I don't know their names for a time slot arrived within the time slot they had some difficulties carrying the cabinet up all the stairs and had to put it down as on of them forgot his gloves brought all the way through my flat and left it in the middle of the room till i sorted it out to put my vivarium on top few things I should of checked not going to down star is the inside of the double door of the cabinet it is full of cobwebs and dust obviously when stood depending how long it's been their for.I volunteered here in 2015 think around March may can't remember which month we had to clean all the stock regularly before sold or everday I know with covid and short staff/volunteers it is hard to keep on top not a problem as it can soon be cleaned not everything in this store is expensive depends on what your looking for yes they have new and used items re use not everyone has the money I rely on used stuff that's cheap half of the time although its very rare I buy anything from a charity shop as I never really had to for vivarium cabinets quite expensive.”

“I find lots of small treasures here and they have a good range of pre-loved clothing. Volunteering here seems always available, but it's definitely worth asking someone if interested.”
