made a booking and cancelled after 24hrs even though my booking wasn't going to be until 14 days. I wasn't still charged a 25% fee for cancelling. a total rip off. please avoid this site guys.

My only regret was them using dpd courier services for delivery of my ordered product when I could have just gone to their office and made a collection. The Dpd driver obviously just came and took a picture of my door and left, claiming I wasn't around when I was waiting patiently inside within the given delivery time slot. Please don't use dpd for deliveries, they breaks hearts.

Upgraded my IPhone with the store manager and one of his assistant today called Zahra
At the end of the process I asked if I needed any more information regarding the new I phone I had upgraded to and both replied no
Got home opened the box which contained my new IPhone 15 Pro which did not contain a charger so was unable to charge up my new phone very frustrating. Contacted the store and spoke to Zahra and was told she had made a human error .Human error without the charger I was unable to use the phone THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE UPGRADE no apology she told me to order one off Amazon and on Prime so it would arrive in 24 hours fuming was not the word !!!!
Avoid USING THIS STORE as all they seem to be bothered about is you renewing your contract and not helping you by advising that a different charger is needed for your upgraded phone to enable it to work which I could have purchased at the store
FUMING WAS NOT THE WORD !!!

Zero compassion and corporate, money-grabbing responses. I suffered a serious health issue over 5 months recently and realised I was a mere 4 days past the expiry date of my voucher. I contacted them to explain the situation and absolutely no interest in being understanding or showing a human side to their customer service - complete 'computer says no' responses. An ugly way to do business in my view. I will never, ever use this company or their related brands again.
