The Window Box made my bride's bouquet for me and it was stunning. I had given Julie a picture of a bouquet I'd seen online and really liked, and which matched perfectly with our wedding theme, and asked if she could make something very similar. She said she could, but would have to order in the South African flowers and wasn't sure how much they would be, but gave me an idea of the final costs, subject to the price of the flowers on the day of ordering. When she delivered my bouquet the night before my wedding, together with the flowers I'd ordered for my mum, it was absolutely beautiful, and practically identical to the picture I'd originally given her. I loved it, and people at our wedding commented on how beautiful and unusual it was (picture included) The staff in The Window Box are all very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Julie at windowbox tarleton was amazing throughout including the quality of the bouquets we ordered for bride bridesmaids and flowergirl, buttonhole flowers for all groomsmans, groom and flowerboy. We also last minute got large basket of flowers for the mothers on the day which Julie delivered and sorted last minute for us which was wonderful.Quality of the flowers were everything we asked for and more, we were blown away with Julies flexibility, we will use and recommend Windowbox to everybody as the service provided and quality was unmatched in this field.

Amazing! Called at 10:45 on a Saturday morning tentatively asked if same day delivery was an option and the lady on the phone was so helpful she said yes straight away without giving it a second thought. I always feel awkward asking for flowers as I never know how much will give a nice bunch. This lady talked my language and straight away asked how much would you like them to be. Followed by what sort of flowers would you like. I struggle with knowing a buttercup from a dandelion so I just said as bright and colourful as you can make it, its for a 21st birthday. 4 hours later I have a lovely message from the birthday girl saying how lovely they were. Top marks all round great customer service and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers put together with talent and skill. Thank you.

Highly recommend this florist, I had an issue with the website so called up to place my order over the phone.A lovely lady who was really helpful took all my details an my order was placed.The flowers have arrived this morning to my friend who is recovering from an operation and she is over the moon with them. I cannot thank these guys enough. Called them in a panic for Mother?s Day and the lovely lady on the phone sorted everything for me. Reasonable prices for a great display.
