They did a really good job on the repair but very disappointed with how they returned my car to me. The car had lots of white dust inside, this would've been when they prepped for spray painting. There was over spray on my windows and sticky adhesive where they'd removed the protection sheets. Inside the smelt awful, very strong chemical smell. I took the car back for them to clean, still not of a good standard but I'd waited 90mins already and had an appointment to get to. They said bring back again when you get chance. I shouldn't have to return at all, should have Bern cleaned before it was initially given back to me.

These guys are absolutely brilliant. From the moment I walked into the reception to the day I picked up my car I felt part of the team. I was updated on a regular basis and even shown the progress and met the guys working on my classic car. I can?t thank them enough. Very very poor! I was in a car crash a few months ago. And resulting this I had glass all in my car. Whilst they was fixing my little c1, they took weeks to replace everything that needed replacing. Once I got my car back it was still full of class. Just not the cluster the shards. Baring in mind I have children that sit in the back of my car. Once called about it and complained they then stated they only do a quick hoover and that the glass will appear no matter how many times it gets hoovered and it wasn't there when the repairs was done. So it must of come back once in transition to my home address. Like honestly. So now after receiving my car back full of glass I have to look and pay for some ine to valet my car.

I had an accident in December. They said that because my car is drivable and they are busy they could repair my car possibly in June...half a year for them to fix a door :(

Poor communication, poor repair,roof tiles fell on my car damaging several panels and the roof. Vella initially assessed the damage by photos only. They assessed it wrong and had me waiting 3 months for a windscreen which they never actually needed. I had to extend my lease due to the delay in waiting for parts that I never needed.Car was finally taken in for the 4 day repair, which ended up taking 8 days. The Car was returned to the lease company a day after the repair was done. Lease company then assessed the car and sent me a bill for £350 for a poor repair carried out by Vella. There was dirt in the paintwork of two panels resprayed by Vella.Vella refused to pay this or take any responsibility for this as they could not see the car in person, despite being given the extensive report with photos evidencing the poor repair. The car was already back with the lease.Thankfully the insurance company were excellent and have compensated me fully for Vella's incompetence with the delays and poor repair work.Vella don't return phone calls when promised. Staff members admit there are always delays and poor service to customers.They tried their best to talk me out of having the courtesy car that I was entitled to. I can only assume this was to save some money.I would avoid at all costs.

Repairs were done to a good standard but they missed off half of what they were supposed to be fixing. Tried to blame us for not telling them what was required but the insurance company had instructed them specifically what to sort and they didn?t. All this two days later than estimated for the complete job.
