Food was lovely. However, when I was sat with my friends whilst having lunch, we were approached by a member of staff who asked if we were finished. Two of the people on our table were finished eating, however I was not and did not state I was finished. Even though i still had food on my plate, the member of staff put a napkin on my plate and took it away before i had the chance to say that i was not finished. After this experience we got up and left, didn?t get to finish our drinks we felt that unwelcome.

This was a brilliant pub for drinking, with a colourful, quirky design! This is contributed to by the decorations like banners and objects hanging from the ceiling, lighting is really nice too. Counter is stylish with the name scribbled in blue and I enjoyed a pint of Japanese beer, outdoor seating was really nice for the sun!

Great place, I worked here over 30 years ago and have visited here on and off for nearly 40 years. Best pub in Preston by far.

We had an amazing time during our Bottomless Brunch. We were served by Emily and she was an absolute sweetheart. The food Edwin prepared was to die for. We will be back for sure. If you're after a bottomless brunch in Preston you better come to The Adelphi. Thank you again to Emily (and Edwin). xoxo

Went for Pub Quiz night, Ordered a pizza which was absolutely amazing. The actual atmosphere was pretty bad though, the quiz didn't start till like half 9 when it's advertised at 8 and the music was being played at full volume (like blast your ears out) all night came out with a massive headache. Drinks also take forever when you order through their app (one drink took them 40 mins to bring it) better to just go up to the bar

8 of us had a lovely afternoon doing the bottomless brunch. Our server Shona was fantastic. She was really friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks stayed full. She clearly loves her job as she was always smiling. The food was lovely, and our party was very happy with the selection of drinks in the bottomless package. The atmosphere in the pub was good and the time allowed for the bottomless drinks was just right and we did not feel rushed at all. We have all been recommending the Adelphi Bottomless brunch to our friends.

A good beer selection with the pricing ok and the service excellent. However, found the food was purely average for the price which was a shame as this place has been strongly recommended for the food.
I'm not sure if we went on an off-day as shortly after we'd eaten someone turned up the music to disco levels so that you couldn't even have a conversation with the person next to you. I could understand if it were 9:00pm, but this was at 2:30 in the afternoon, so it pretty much ruined the whole experience, with ourselves and three other tables near us all leaving within about five minutes of that.
Given my experience I'd hesitate to go back.

8 of us had bottomless brunch. Bloody marvelous. The lady that served us ( sorry but forgot her name) was on the ball and very friendly. What a good afternoon we had. Defo be back again.

So, maybe we have come on the off day, but the food and the drinks were severely below average. The staff has been absolutely lovely and friendly. That said, the pints were horrendous; it tasted like the pipes were not cleaned (rancid taste), so neither of us came close to finishing them. Food was just not good at all, especially for the price; for example, my friend?s fish and chips were burnt, my salad was poor with the driest, saddest Quorn fillet on top and maybe 1/4 of an avocado (it was meant to be a pesto and avocado salad). Pizzas were ok but once again not for how much you pay. We wanted to like it based on the reviews but were severely disappointed.

Haven't been in for 30 years it definitely changed a bit. Although quiet service a bit slow but a nice pint.enjoyed sitting out side. Basically nice pint cheap price from what I'm used to

Had a great time at Elder Emo bottom less brunch! Food was great and the atmosphere was fab, Lauren as usually puts on a great set, can't wait for the next one!
