I would rather walk to another Superdrug out of town! Omg. First of all the staff make you feel like you are a thief, walkie talking each other and giving the eyeballs ?
I understand there is shoplifting going on but can?t you be subtle about how you?re watching people. Some of us are genuine paying customers. I felt uncomfortable!!
Then there?s this one ?female ? called Samantha that?s made me feel negative about this branch, she desperately needs customer service training and needs to know how to crack a smile. She?s either racist or just arrogant. Acting like she owns the shop just because she was asked politely ? is someone going to open up another till, as the queue had built up. It?s not my job as a customer to identify this. This is the staffs job to keep an eye and monitor before the queue backs up. Pulled her nose up, didn?t even acknowledge, went straight to the till then did a stare. What kind of service is that !!! She could have politely said ?Yes, just doing it now (this is where the smile comes in) and then served the customer with great customer service. But that didn?t happen.

Always a pleasant experience at the chemist

Today I had the best experience at the store, the staff named Katy was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Katy made sure that I get the best products that suits my skin. I was amazed by her patience and so respectable towards the customer.
The way Katy demonstrates and helped me everything from basic and helped me to try testers, she was so genuinely kind.

Always made to feel like a thief. Follow and watch you around the shop.
Must have training in how to make customers feel like theifts.
Staff at checkout rude too. No thank you or anything.

Bought a pair of cheap reading glasses (Foster grant), unfortunately they only lasted 18 days then fell apart.. Wasn't a lot of money but due to principal I took them back fully expecting to have an argument trying to get my money back! WRONG! The girls in there were fantastic, Couldn't help enough. I was in and out in five minutes with a full refund. Girls were kind and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.. Nice to see staff taking the time to ensure customer satisfaction with a smile.. Top marks girls.. : )
