Asked for a regular portion of fries and this was how much I was given and when I said this was a very small portion I was told, that she?s only obligated to give me 4 pieces. I have ordered these multiple times in other locations and got almost 4 times as much as this. Absolutely ridiculous, they portion and the service, the other server was very apologetic but still unacceptable

Brilliant service I am disabled visiting friend in hospital each of the young staff have told me to sit down and held the door open. Really helpful and friendly

Went in on Saturday we were the only ones in at that time. They were friendly and fast, great food and visibly cleaning down the surfaces too.

Not the best experience. Staff were friendly and helpful but my sub wasn't the best. This was the first time I tried the wedges and my goodness, they were awful. Not sure if this is a Subway thing in general or specific to this branch. They were soft, soggy and altogether unpleasant. Not sure I'll be rushing back!

This franchise has appalling customer service. I was waiting to be served whilst only 1 employee serving said she won't be long, for her to get her coat and bag. Someone just walked in and asked for cookies, got served straight away whilst I was still waiting for my order to be taken at the counter. I got in my car and drove to another Subway.

Awful customer service. When I entered the shop the employee was already serving a lady. I queued behind her ready to place my order. The employee finished the ladies order and said to me she won't be a minute, whilst walking to the back of the shop. She reappeared with her coat on and bag, then walked toward the till to talk to her employee. The other employee ignored me and served a man who just entered and asked for cookies! I walked out in disgust and disbelief, then drove to another Subway. I always have issues in Subway Olivers Place. Never going again!

I simply asked them to warm up cookies and they refused to do so. I have been going to subway for years and they have always heated my cookies up. The restaurant was not busy I don?t see why it was an issue.

Very bad experience food ok but the young staff playing on there phones very rude and not washing hands one girl I think is the manager wiped here nose and then served some one.I ask her to put music on to give a good atmosphere but the young lady said no .i do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I have just been in Fulwood Hub subway and won?t be returning and would advise everybody to avoid. Zero customer service skills and believe it or not zero ability to make a sandwich. The girl behind the counter clearly hasn?t had training on the art of making a sandwich. After throwing the toppings on and sauce she went on to cut the sandwich whilst it was still open rather than folding it. She then went on to wrap it unfolded? Please find the photos below?
