Always enjoy Subway that's just a given but the reason for this review is the staff. They are AMAZING!!! Always extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I rarely leave reviews but felt the staff here need a shout out, keep being awesome!!!

I go to subway quite regularly at various stores in Preston and a couple in Manchester where I work and this is the only store where the bread isn?t fresh and soft. It?s stale and hard and practically inedible. Same with the cookies. You can tell they?ve spent too long on the shelf and instead of taking them off when they go hard, they leave them there and sell them.
I?ve been so many times to this store and I keep thinking it will change and it never does.
It?s such a shame because the staff are brilliant. They?re really friendly and very quick to serve you.

This place is shocking. Pay a fortune for absolute rubbish. Send wrong items literally every time. Ring up but their never wrong you always are. Foot long wrap? I wouldn't bother...

Ordered yesterday just before close on just eat and got my food delivered to buckshaw within twenty minutes, didn't have cookie in stock so they gave me a diff one and left a nice note appt with another free cookie :) sub was good perfectly toasted and perfect amount of meat and salad

Ordered for the first time using the app. My order was collected on my behalf but was toasted when I had asked for it not to be. I am unable to eat toasted food due to a current illness. £10 and time wasted. Unable to complain via the app in order to receive a refund.

Ordered from here last night food was delicious and even gave me a free cookie which was so lovely with a nice note, which put a smile on my face. Whenever I go in the staff are friendly and always make del ious sandwiches. Spin who works there is also amazing and I love going in to see her and get a nice subway.
