i honestly wish i could give negative stars as this is the WORST subway i have EVER been to. waited 28 minutes to order a footlong dipper, had 2 workers making one sandwich for those 28 minutes, both of them laughing joking and not doing what they?re payed to do, shits embarrassing fix it. my family will not be returning

Absolutely awful customer service by the older lady with blonde hair. She was rude and shouting at customers. Not going Subway again if this is what to expect. #bekind

Got served by a very rude lady , she gave me 5 oldies on my sandwich and when I went to eat it everything fell out and I was left with bread and a side serve of salad not the most hygienic place. They also have a recycle bin and then a normal waste bin but they isn't any divider so it all gets put together. Overall experience was awful!

Went in at 1pm to ask if they could do a rush job of platters. Manager was fantastic and had 4 platters ready for a 21st birthday party 2 hours later. Also sorted out gluten free and vegetarian options. So happy with the service and thoroughly enjoyed by all ?

Very mixed review of subway,Penwortham. Sometimes very quiet and nice however very often rammed with one person serving and a long wait. App ordering ahead is pointless as it?s never ready and often have to stand in line waiting for this to be made which defeats the whole point.

Julie has provided such incredible customer service, for my job I take lunch for sales meetings. Julie has been incredibly generous and allowed for me to have her personal mobile so I can contact her when I need multiple platters for upcoming meetings. She makes my job a lot easier and all of those in attendance say the sandwiches are delicious. For one meeting there was someone who had a severe peanut allergy, Julie took time to make sure the sandwich was prepared properly. I feel very lucky to have met Julie, for how seamless she has made this aspect of my job. Julie is a lovely lady and a real asset for subway.

Footlong was on the wrong bread, 6? had so much sauce it was inedible and cookie was missing from the meal deal.

I requested a breakwich wrap, with the contents toasted.At my usual store, this is done by using a silicone container and placing the protein and cheese in that, however it was just slapped on deli paper then once toasted dumped onto the wrap without any thought. This resulted in most of the cheese being lost (thankfully, more on that later).As it wasn?t prepared correctly I ended up with my wrap divided into sections instead of getting a bit of each part every bite. All the bacon is in one bite. All the egg was in one bite. Both halves of sausage was on top of each other. The hash browns had a weird taste, almost like they weren?t cooked.The staff member put about 6 lines of sauce instead of the standard 3 lines resulting in a saucy mess. My requested salad was dumped in the middle of the wrap and not spread evenly.It is a Wednesday and I noticed the wraps had a Tuesday label on them.The cambros in the counter were messy, with cross contamination everywhere. Scoops were not used for cheese and sweetcorn, so I ended up with too much cheese (I requested half a scoop, thankfully most of this was stuck to paper) and too much corn (probably 2 scoops worth, standard portion is half a scoop)My local subway is always busy, but after visiting this subway on my travels, I can see why subway has a poor reputation.On a separate visit, I only got a cappuccino. I did not get any chocolate on it, as standard. There was an odd flavour to this too, that I?ve never tasted at my local subway. I hope the milk was not bad.Cleanliness: very poor. Gloves were kept on at the till, and the till was visibly dirty from the other side of the counter. Subwrap was kept right in front of the counter on a tray, with anyone being able to touch it. There was a layer of grime on most surfaces behind the counter particularly around the coffee machine area. The floor was muddy, probably because there was no mat for people to use. The glass screen on counters was grubby. The door handle was filthy, This is a modern style subway, why do they not have automatic doors???The knives at the start of the counter were also particularly grubby.I realise this is a particularly long review about a subway, but it is what it is. I?ll stick to Liverpool road store in Southport. That is what a subway should be.Dietary restrictions: As scoops are not used, it?s not easy to calculate intake.Wheelchair accessibility: With no automatic doors, wheelchair access could be an issue.

I brought my two teenage daughters to eat for lunch, and they were nervous to order which made the man serving us laugh! He didn?t even hide it! I scolded him and he just started grinning even more! So disrespectful.
