The guy serving didnt have a clue. Asked for extra tosted and it wasnt.
When i got to the till the bloke doing the payments tryed to charge me a footlong because i had diffrent salard on each side.

By far the worst subway I?ve been to. The woman that served me was on the phone the whole time with earphone in her ear speaking in her own language. The least she could do was to pause her conversation whilst serving a customer. I was there with my 1,5 y old niece. She drowned her sub in sauce. I contemplated saying something but honestly couldn?t be bothered as she was too busy on her phone. Few months back we had an unpleasant experience there trying to order a gluten free sub, the guy that served us was rude we walked out. Safe to say I won?t be going back again. and reading all the other comments it seems this is quiet consistent level of service.

Just been in today at half 5pm on the 23rd of Oct, was served by an outstandingly rude woman who was on her phone the entire time she was serving me even with an earphone in one of her ears. It seemed as though she was on a phone call as she was laughing to herself as well. She also gave me the wrong drink and hardly payed me any attention. This made me feel quite uncomfortable and I hope something is done about this.

Asked for a spicy italian, was told don't do that anymore.... despite the fact it is salami and pepperoni and both ingredients are in stock.... asked for a bmt then asked for no ham, lo and behold a spicy italian was made.
Jason who served me made a comment to someone that it's isn't spicy or italian..... yeah, just like you're a sandwich artist yet don't have a shred of artistry in you.
Safe to say, won't be returning.... hopefully you read all these bad reviews about yourself Jason and change your attitude because it really does stink

STAFF - two of the staff looked 12 years old and had no idea what they were doing - they were on their phones and didn?t look up or say thank you when I left - one of them beard net and half of the beard was out of the net so it looked silly
SERVICE - had to wait 5 minutes in line before I could order because the staff were counting change and on their phone - one of them was also making themselves a sandwich before serving me
FOOD - they are always out of Italian and herb cheese bread - this is the 3rd time I?ve been in and they have ran out partially probably because the staff eat it
HYGIENE - the shop floor is always dirty and the area smells like body odour - in desperate need of a deep clean and air freshener

A seriously shocking service today. The manager was absolutely horrific and that?s not even a strong enough word. He was totally incompetent, rude and unhelpful towards numerous customers while we were there. He even went so far as to verbally attack 4 people for not understanding the menu. The guy was seriously useless. He admitted one of the staff was training and in all sincerity, if he?s the one training them, they?re going to be screwed. He had no idea how to deal with the situation and instead of trying to help and rectify it, he just told customers it?s their problem. I?ve never seen anyone so ill equipped to deal with a situation, especially a manager. Abysmal.

Really disappointed in the service by this subway today with no help from the staff. This was my first visit in some time and had not come across the new signature menu so when I asked for a steak and cheese (as it used to be) I was given a garlic cheese steak which is not remotely similar and of course I was not able to ?make my own?. This would have been fine if I had been able to at least add some jalapeños onto my sandwich but I was ?advised?, or mumbled at, that I wasn?t even able to do this. Overall just not a good experience at all. Whilst we were there we also heard people having the exact same issue. I feel like this could be a really simple fix if the staff simply asked when you ordered whether you were ordering from the menus or build your own the manager Jason is a total disgrace and very rude

The manager, Jason is very rude! After me and my daughter ordering each a sandwich, one with drink and crisps, he told us that we can't sit and eat inside as my daughter had a Starbucks coffee with her. He waited until I paid to let us know. After questioning this "rule" he said that "you don't take fish and chips to a restaurant". I maybe would understand that if we didn't buy food there, but in our case what he did is unacceptable! Never again this place!

If I could give less stars I really would. I asked for something extra willing to pay yet was snapped at by the MANAGER in his own words it's comes exactly the way it comes on the board!! this was completely rude and not a pleasant experience at all Very poor customer care skills. I actually get better manners from a take away driver. To receive that service front of house is shocking we where going to dine in but after that we decided to take out

Ordered a kids pack and had to actually ask for the drink and the snack to be given.
Everytime we asked something we got a rude response.
The manager was also rude to us whilst paying, we didn't know what he wanted from the app for the deal we wanted to use. He was not helpful and was talking to us like we were stupid
The person on the till was rude and didn't even know what she was doing.
Absolutely disgusting, I would advise against visiting here.

The manager Jason who works here was extremely rude when me and my family tried to make an order, we asked if we could have a sub melt but substitute the beef for meatless steak to make it vegetarian, he was very rude about it and said he can?t do that, making faces at us, he said the machine costs money and can only make set menu items? ( the sub melt did not have a vegetarian option) We then switched to ask for the meatless Philly, and he said we can?t have it if we want to add or remove any ingredients form the set menu, after which he said if we want to change our order to just go to McDonalds. After all that we made our own but his attitude was as just bad. We were polite and genuinely asking why we couldn?t change items to suit our dietary requirements. I?ve also never had this issue at literally any other subway, they just make me what I asked for.

In a nice quiet place,always with fresh ingredients.Never had to wait,and the staff knows,what they doing.
