Got a tea and bacon barm ,tea weak as water , bacon barm warmed up in microwave , awful barm dry and hard with being put in microwave, bacon( that's what they called it) no taste . , 9 tables full of dirty pots , and staff need to go on customer care course,

Usual starbucks quality, I do find that the drive through customers always seem to get serves first, maybe the immediatency of the fact someone presses a button to being physically present at the counter, maybe I should press the button, place my order and then run round quickly to the shop and surprise them that I'm actually here......I'd have to wait then.....

During my recent visit to Starbucks Preston, I encountered an unexpected issue with the E On Drive EV Charging points.Lydia, one of the fantastic staff members, demonstrated exceptional empathy and support when I sought assistance.Although I initially approached another customer regarding the EV points, Lydia noticed my concern and kindly offered her help.Her understanding and awareness of the situation were remarkable. I was shocked to see how dirty the floor was at 10.45am. Due to the amount of crumbs & other debris, it was obvious it hadn't been swept that day. We had finger nails under our table, it really was dirty. As the place was quiet and the odd staff looking at their mobile, it made us question who's job was it, to clean?

One of the worst experiences ever, the staff are very rude and didn't let me and my friend in becouse he was in a handicapped vehicle becouse it was a vehicle and to go through the drive through and then wouldn't let us through the drive through becouse it wasn't a proper vehicle. Ended up going to spar the spar was a 5 star meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Wouldnt let us in
