Ella and Lydia are by far the best starbucks staff ever (and ive been having starbucks for years in a lot of countries and a lot of cities in the UK) they genuinely make the best coffee ive ever had at Starbucks and they?re always so lovely and nice! Always hope theyre in whenever i visit and end up ordering more drinks when they are just cause they make them so well! Please give them two the best treatment cause they are genuinely the best staff starbucks has ever had! Ive had the best frap done by them and would recommend this starbucks to everyone purely if theyre the ones making the coffee!!!!!

Used the drive thru , staff were nice and friendly. Waited a few minutes for my drinks (one had a lot of customisations so I expected to) but absolutely worth it! Made exactly as myself and my partner expected. Will definitely come back to the store if in the area again!

This is a good place to meet and have a coffee and something to eat, it?s not the cheapest place to go but very convenient and close to the motorway. The staff are always very nice and friendly. The tables could be a bit cleaner otherwise everything is good here.Parking: Limited spaces for car parking but it?s not too busy here. You can park across from this close to the Shell garage. EV charging points are outside Starbucks.

Got a tea and bacon barm ,tea weak as water , bacon barm warmed up in microwave , awful barm dry and hard with being put in microwave, bacon( that's what they called it) no taste . , 9 tables full of dirty pots , and staff need to go on customer care course,

Usual starbucks quality, I do find that the drive through customers always seem to get serves first, maybe the immediatency of the fact someone presses a button to being physically present at the counter, maybe I should press the button, place my order and then run round quickly to the shop and surprise them that I'm actually here......I'd have to wait then.....

I was shocked to see how dirty the floor was at 10.45am. Due to the amount of crumbs & other debris, it was obvious it hadn't been swept that day. We had finger nails under our table, it really was dirty. As the place was quiet and the odd staff looking at their mobile, it made us question who's job was it, to clean?
