Why does it require a waiting time of nearly 5 minutes to put a piece of small cake onto a plate because a delivery order comes in when you have 6 people behind the counter?!? Lacking in customer service skills, stood there over 5 minutes not an acknowledgement from the person behind the counter, not a smile or I'll be with you shortly.
