I had a coffee here today. After I?d finished my coffee, I asked for a glass of water. I was given hot water and not cold tap water! I laughed and said ?you?ve given me hot water and not cold?. I said ?do you have any cold water ?? The server then said ?no? and asked me if I wanted some ice to put in my glass of hot water!! She was probably too lazy to find the cold water tap! ?.

Worst cup of tea ever. Wasn?t hot enough to brew the bag. Like dishwater £3:25! Won?t be back only called in because I was early.

Unfortunately, it was an unsatisfactory experience. The coffee was very ordinary, but the price was more than reasonable, and the place had annoying music. This may be my last visit to Starbucks.

I asked for something they offered, a healthy banana rather than sweet sugary things since I am disabled with diabetes. I was met with aggression and unkind abuse... sorry to say starbucks does offer a safe space as is advertised on the poster on the door but this was not the way to behave in a safe space.

Great coffee. Staff are nice, but service is slow and staff are not always on top of clearing tables.

The servers at the Starbucks are absolutely fabulous. Was served by a lovely young lady named Christie I believe. She was so polite and made my experience wonderful

Unfortunately short staffed on my visit, so a bit of a wait but other than that, good coffee. Some drinks can be ridiculously expensive depending on what you have.

Good Starbucks. Relaxed venue, lots of seating. Seats aren't as comfy as they used to be, so sometimes go elsewhere now. Also quite expensive... But that's Starbucks. Vegan / dairy free options limited (fruit toast is dairy free but they only have butter or spread with butter ?). I also miss the filter coffee... Far nicer than anericano.
