Frequent here on a regular basis the staff are absolutely amazing! Kayleigh always has a smile on her face and asks how my days been! Riya, the store manager, has just been very rude and impolite to someone who was asking for another cappuccino as his was very poorly made.Her customer service was poor, she needs training and needs to learn not to be condescending towards others. Disgraceful!
