Terrible customer service. Older guy on top floor has been so unhelpful on numerous occasions. Not sure why he's even there. Printing machine is never working, but I think it's more that he can't be bothered!

Very rude staff. There is this one guy at the entrance of the store who stares at you and then comes and asks to put the shoes back in place. That?s your job mate and not the customer?s.

Bought an item from Deepdale store but was on the wrong size hanger which I didn?t realise til I got home so when in town I tried to find the right size I wanted at the Fishergate store. There wasn?t one so I asked for a refund. Can?t refund I was told ! But it was on the wrong size hanger I said - doesn?t make any difference was told - and if I could refund I can?t as you can only get a refund from the shop you bought it from !!!! So - if holidaying around uk and I bought something which was faulty I would have to return it to the store I bought it from. Moral of the story ? a) check the size you are buying b) don?t buy while away from home .. c) don?t expect any customer service.Thanks to the kind lady behind me who bought my credit note off me. Not shopping here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'd bought 2 Nike tracksuits for my twin toddlers at the end of Nov - to be put away for Xmas. The boys wore the tracksuits once, they were extremely bobbled, I'd never experienced this before, the tracksuits were unwashed and had food spillages on them, the store manager - looked at the items, and smelt them, then told me they had been worn more than once and I'd washed them as they smelt of fabric conditioner! Which I can't use in my washing as both boys have allergies. So called me a liar, was rude and extremely unprofessional, I've never felt so humiliated in my life, Liz stood there smelling my children's dirty clothing and basically calling me a liar. I visited another store and they were amazing and more importantly professional. May I suggest Liz has a refresher course in customer service. I will not be returning to this store again.

Incredibly rude staff especially there is this guy who just stands at the entrance and stares at us all the time and telling us where the item should belong to if we take something out of the shelves. And yesterday my kids were looking at a bat and immidiately the manager i think she is and was soo rude and says ?thats £60 bat that? and put it back where it was and just walked off. Not just yesterday its always been an unhappy and unpleasant experience in this fisgergate shopping centre branch. If the manager is like that then one can imagine how the other staff would be like.
