Me and my husband contacted Specsavers Preston several years ago, and since then are very pleased with our choice.
Every employee at Specsavers Preston displays a high level of knowledge and experience.
They perform thorough examination and give valuable advice and recommendations, while being very kind and responsive, helping us feel comfortable throughout the whole visits. The clinic is equipped with latest technology, which provides high-quality diagnostics.
There is a vast variety of glasses available at the clinic, and for reasonable prices too. Anyone can find themselves a fitting frame to suit their taste.
We are always impressed of how comfortable and convenient it is to stay at Specsavers Preston, and will definitely recommend your clinic to our friends and colleagues, of whom we have many, since we all work at a large enterprise.

My dad went to specsavers last year. He couldn't see very well in the prescription he was given and thought to go back straight away. They didn't acknowledge it nor did they redo the test! My dad thought it was his eyes going bad. His eye test is due again now and it has jumped up ALOT. Specsavers acknowledged it was there mistake in the prescription he was given the first time yet he now has has pay double the price over £250 now which he paid similar amount the first time. Absolute joke. Spevsavers mistake yet customers have to suffer. Really unhappy with the service. Complained instore yet nothing was done. Specsavers lost another customer. This was in preston branch.

Testing and service was fine but spectacles supplied with annoying markings on lenses of one pair.

Not happy with the glasses as they are giving me headaches and blurred vision. They have told me to try them for a week. Really bad migraines and bas I said blurred vision really struggling.
