I have had such a terrible experience at this spar site. I will be making a formal complaint to Spar & the owner. I received a notification that my parcels have arrived. I showed the cashier the delivery notification, along with my passport. He went at the back to check if the parcels have arrived. He came back and confirm they were there. He then insisted on a Royal Mail collection code. Unfortunately, I didn?t receive a collection code for these parcels. Also Royal Mail won?t have the collection code either from what I?ve read online. It says clearly online, show ID and you should be able to collect your delivery. I found the cashier to be very rude and incredibly unhelpful - I will definitely not be sending any of my deliveries to this site. However, I will be calling Spar head office tomorrow regarding this issue, and i will also speak to the spar owner. Such a hassle to go through for two small parcels.

It's a small place and there's not a lot of choice but there's a lot of cheaper items most shops don't have. The staff are friendly and a few times they have opened a till up just to serve me when I was second in the queue which is appreciated, they also tend to fill your bags instead of just throwing stuff at you like a lot of shops do. For its size it's a handy little shop. I go there a lot.

Spar are over charging and making there prices up I really don't recommend going to this shop.

Most of the time was ok but there are two prices on some of the shelves then another at the till, then there's the short changing... Honest mistakes are one thing but there are too many of them.Prices of ciggies went from £10.20 on one day then to £10.50 the next day then back to £10.20!Today had enough of it - it happened yet again. It's a shame really as some staff genuinely appear to be honest and on the job but with staff turnover here - it has to be seen to be believed - there are dishonest staff too, or they just cannot count - has to be one thing or the other!Check your change and check the prices on the shelves if you continue to shop here - I won't be going back as Lidl is only another 100 yards or so...

Really good shop. I work down the road from here and often go for lunch. They do cheap sandwiches and have plenty of snacs to choose from.
