Awful customer service today. Came in to find a sofa, saw one I fell in love with and was really interested in the whole suit. Guy didn?t seem to care, felt like we were bothering him and made us feel a bit awkward when we asked questions. I asked about dimensions and he just shrugged and said your in a terrace it?ll fit through the window (rolling his eyes). We made it clear we were wanted to purchase there and then as we have just bought a house. Maybe because I was wearing a tracksuit from my work gave himThe impression I couldn?t afford a sofa (I don?t know). He took my email and said he?d send details over but haven?t received anything yet. When we were leaving the shop and said bye to other staff in a friendly manner, no acknowledgement from others.Got a phone call from my solicitors shortly after coming out of the shop with our move in date, but after the poor customer service we left us going over to DFS. They couldn?t do more to help, friendly and relaxed no pressure but happy to help. Really wanted the full set and extras with, coffee table or footstool). please be more polite and welcoming to your staff. I could have easily been upsold on other furniture too, as this was our first experience purchasing for our first house).

Good service good choice of furniture at an array of prices. Attentive staff who do no force their way in but wait for you to call one over. Would recommend anyone looking for furniture or carpets

Worst customer service. Walking to the store week on week to chase the status of the goods that we ordered and to assemble the delivered furniture(paid for assembling). They do follow up only until you place an order and you have to walk into the store for an update. The customer service line wasn't helpful as they kept routing us to the store.
