I'm no expert, but if you'd describe yourself in the same terms I'd have no hesitation recommending this to you. I'd scribbled some measurements down for various shelves I wanted to build. They took these, worked out what I needed, cut all the wood to size, and helped me load my car. I thought the pricing was very reasonable too. Would 10/10 visit again.

Waste of time really ,, wanted to add couple of extra pieces of wood to my delivery so rang day before to be told van already loaded so no chance i would have to pay another £15 for just 4 small pieces of timber stick to b&q again

Ordered yesterday some timber supplies and two upvc Corrugated roof panels in order to repair some damage caused by recent storms. When I went to collect today the efficient lady on enquiries told me the order was ready and where to collect it from. The two chaps who helped me carry the supplies to my care were very helpful and obliging and help me load everything into my car so as to ensure it caused no damage to my vehicle. Excellent customer service .The supplies were of good quality and reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again for similar requirements and be more than pleased to recommend them to others. Thank you

We went to savoy timber in Preston today to look at some internal doors and we were served by Niall. He was such a lovely lad, very friendly, and helpful and he answered all our question and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Previously we had ordered fencing panels and again, whomever we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Purchased 7 belize doors And some work tops ,no problem good service young lad was really helpful, but we got one door measurement wrong and need to swap it , but was told we had to pay 20% for returned goods won't go again berry's for us next time
