The staff are very knowledgeable. We wanted to look at a modern t.v. as ours was quite a few years old. We left & having seen the improved picture quality and been taken through various functions that our old TV didn't have, to await delivery in 2 days of a great new 50'' TV! Sortedmàny thanks.

I purchased a Bosch Washing Machine on Monday of last week. The following day by 9.45am the washer was fitted by two great lads who were really polite and efficient. Can?t get better service than that. Shop at Salisburys a good reliable Company that you can trust.

Went for a replacement tumble dryer, and the salesperson gave the most comprehensive description of an number of models. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and we raised out budget target to buy a better product. Far better warranty (5 years), and A+++ rating. We are doing our bit!

We purchased an under the counter integrated fridge. I purchased an incorrect model by mistake. The one I choose had a problem with the kitchen units end panel, resulting in being unable to remove the kitchen shelves. The lads who came to fit the fridge identified the problem straight away. They sorted out the correct model and fitted it on the same day. Other issues arose, but the lads went above and beyond to sort this out.Nothing was too much trouble, making sure everything was correct.It?s a refreshing change to come across a company that puts the customers first.

On the 7th of January Salisbury?s engineer repaired my Miele washing machine. The engineer was very punctual, carried out the repair in a very professional and friendly manner. I would recommend this local company without hesitation. A very satisfied customer.

Excellent service!! Asked for an integral washing and purchased it with no fuss. The next day it was installed and the old one taken away. They are even modifying the panel door to fit. Buy local this company is superb!!

Customer service is just awesome with these guys, had a problem with our Miele dryer. With a replacement part on order from Miele a month away and with little or no communication from Miele apart from the standard someone will call you back in 48 hours....I spoke with Will who sourced and delivered a temporary dryer the same day whilst we await the repair to ours. This for is me is putting the customer at the heart of everything you do...alot of these so callbig firms can alot from local businesses such as Salisbury's. As business owner myself I would whole heartedly recommend Salisbury.
