I have visited Ryman Stationery many times for my print outs, as I require many for my education. Marshall has always helped me find the best deals and helped me with all technical stuff I struggle with. Received the best service from here. Extremely supportive staff. Marshall has always helped me with anything I found confusing from print outs to payments. Recommend them 200%. Never received such exceptional support and service support from anywhere.

£4 to print one document in black & white. Only 4 pages, so works out at £1 per page. If I?d known the price before the lady printed it I wouldn?t have paid it. They charge £2.50 just to receive your file by email. Scandalous.

Was looking to get some printing done, was met by Marshall and Liam and they had helped me a lot and sorted the printing with no issues. Will definitely be coming back here for all my printing.

Wonderful efficient service today by the ladies. We needed to get my daughters dissertation printed and binded ready for submission and couldn't thank them enough for doing this.

Me and my friends walked into Ryman?s to have a look round at board games as it showed they were on offer and to get some revision stationary for our gcses. The woman (im unsure of her name) asked if I needed help to which I said respectfully no I?m okay thank you anyway. She proceeded to say well stop fannying around in my shop then even though we were just looking for stationary. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Awful experience. Always used ryman to print my documents and previous encounters have been brilliant but today was awful. Went in and was waiting patiently when the woman on the counter just barked at me and told me she was doing some printing already and to send it across to the email which I did. Without even looking at the document she shouted at me no that's wrong it needs to be an attachment. No sorry no nothing just a death stare. Honestly the worst member of staff who works there and needs to have customer service training. Clearly didn't want to be there or had no idea what she was doing

I visited Ryman Stationery store in the St George's Shopping Centre in Preston on Wednesday 22nd August 2024 and it was a most enjoyable experience.
I purchased Tippex Correction Fluid and retractable pen refill leads HB 0.5mm.
I asked a member of the staff in the store where the pencil leads where located in the store.
Not only did the member of staff take me to where the pencil leads were kept but also went to the trouble of finding the type of pencil lead that I wanted HB 0.5mm.
The same member of staff then came to the till as I was leaving and took my card payment.
Another member of staff was assisting a customer who was deaf.
The store is well laid out and well maintained.
The staff are excellent.
I would recommend a visit to the Ryman Stationery store in the St George's Shopping Centre in Preston.

I came into Preston Store today Sharon & Tracy were extremely helpful. I did not know you had to cut the sign then get laminated.They both kindly cut the paper signs and laminated reserved table signs for me. It was very nice of them and much appreciated. Will definately be visiting again.
