Absolutely brilliant staff. I find Fairfax & Favour boots too long for me (short leg syndrome) but love them and needed a pair. Nothing was too much for the staff - I ended up trying on about 5 different pairs to find the one that was comfortable for me and not once did anyone complain. I really want to thank the staff member who helped me because now I have a beautiful pair of boots that fit my short legs and are comfortable. You don't get this service shopping online!

What a refreshing change from the usual high street shops to find such a warm and inviting store, where staff give that personal touch to help you without being pushy.Some really gorgeous accessories too from lesser known brands such as Clare Haggas alongside well-known labels like Barbour, Fairfax and Holland Cooper. All nicely spaced out so you're not rummaging through rails and rails of clothing to find your size.I can spend a little or a lot here!
