Definitely without doubt the BEST pharmacy in Preston.
The pharmacist Mona (who cannot do enough for you) and her team of Nosa and Wes , are nothing short of BRILLIANT.
Their customer service is second to none.
They greet everyone with a smile, and they treat each customer with courtesy and respect.
It is no surprise that they have such great reviews.
They are the GO TO pharmacy in Preston!!

Got my medication wrong twice now, both times when it was nearly closed!! (So they cba they leave me at home with no medication which I HAVE to be on as it?s worse me being off than on the medication i keep having to ring up the gp opposite and waiting for ages everytime!!) and when you do ring up the pharmacy no matter the emergency and no matter the time and no matter how many times you ring them, always says user busy never answer the bloody phone!! Only seen them actually answer what? Once? Bear in mind I?ve been with the same pharmacy since I was a child, I?ve only ever known them to answer the phone once or twice. Other than that it?s always used busy. Answered me one time. That?s it every other time it?s used busy. Ridiculous!! Realistically, they should have a line on the mobile like gp?s do.

I was Nominated for this pharmacy. There was two items to collect. I rang at 1pm too check if both items were in, and I was told to at 2.30pm that the items would be ready to collect. When I got there, only one item was ready, and the other one was on delivery. The pharmacist was very rude, and she said, we will denominate you. I have never experienced such an unprofessional experience, I am deeply disappointed and very upset. Never would I recommend anybody too use this pharmacy. Kind regards, concerned citizen.
