Shocking service. Went to get a prescription today and was served by a young lad at the till, he took the slip and he asked how I pay for them. I told him I pay yearly and all was fine he said I will have to pick the prescription up later as it will be delivered to them at 4pm. Rang at 4pm and he said ring again later. Rang again and it arrived so he said all is ready. Went later on to pick it up and he asked for my PPC card. I said they don't exist anymore and he said he didn't know even though his fellow staff members agreed then asked for an email. I said I've never given them an email he said everyone gets it emailed but this is not true. Basically called me a liar in front of everyone and wouldn't let me take my prescription as he said they get messed about a lot here. I then asked for the prescription back and took it to one down the road. They had it in stock and didn't need the email. Flawless service. Simple. I got home checked the certificate and it clearly says on the certificate you can still collect your prescription for free if you do not have the certificate on you. Seems like this guy was the only one that didn't know this and wasted me so much time when I was in pain. Been with you guys a long time and never had this issue before this smart guy.
