Shocking service. Went to get a prescription today and was served by a young lad at the till, he took the slip and he asked how I pay for them. I told him I pay yearly and all was fine he said I will have to pick the prescription up later as it will be delivered to them at 4pm. Rang at 4pm and he said ring again later.... read full comment
