Why do hairdressers not listen to what you want. ?I don?t want anything off the top, I am trying to grow my hair, keep the length?.Did she listen, NO. Absolutely scalped me, I am devistated, worst haircut ever. I don?t even want to go out it?s that bad. I just feel angry and so upset at what she has done.

I went back after a year to get mine and my girls haircut. This time I was amazed how friendly everyone was, the haircut was great. Did just as I requested and it really did exceed my expectation. Lois and Becky were very patient because my toddler became too upset. Becky really knows how to handle children. Defo recommend and decent price too. Only reason I went back after a year was because a year ago I had really bad experience with one of the Asian hairdresser who no longer works there,( Thanks god). I will use this hairdressers again. First visit today for my mum and myself. Felt really welcome and we are both so happy with our hair. Steph did an amazing job of my full head of highlights going blonde and my mums new colour of red.
