I took some jeans back to the store on the retail park and the manager was so rude and disrespectful and saying I washed the the jeans after trying them in the shop it was so so unprofessional and disrespectful I was so angry

My in-store experience was dreadful. The staff displayed poor etiquette and an unfriendly, arrogant attitude. Charging inaccuracies were overlooked, and getting refunds for tagless items was needlessly problematic.
