receptionists friendly, but if you actually want to see the doctor or even book a telephone appointment with the doctor, I would not recommend at all.You?re not allowed to make a face to face appointment with the doctor, unless it is deemed urgent.Telephone appointments are extremely difficult to organise you have to call at a specific time in the day to speak to a receptionist to book you in for a telephone appointment. As a result, everyone is calling up then and you are not likely to get through to reception unless you still on the phone for 20 minutes.I have been trying to get antibiotics for two weeks, calling up most days, but have had no luck as reception have not answered at the specific times you need to call, or when they have answered, it?s too late because it?s not in the allocated timeslot.

Honestly, the receptionists, the doctors and the nurses at this GPSurgery are amazing. They are so kind, so patient, so compassionate. They listen and they care. I use to go to a different surgery, and I have never been treated with so much respect.Louise and her wonderful team always take their time to assist me. I get very anxious calling the surgery up but the receptionists are always wonderful and lovely to speak with.Thank you for creating such a warm and friendly environment. It is very appreciated.All the best.

I've only positive things to say about this surgery the receptionists are brilliant and sort out any issues that arise including getting emergency medication reviews within half an hour of speaking to them . They have helped me many times ,they are courteous and sympathetic to any situation. The doctors are also very understanding and deal with any issues that I have . I would highly recommend them.

Receptionist are always helpful and accommodating. Nurse and doctor listen and are informative. I have been at this surgery for over 20 years and never had an issue getting and appointment. Great surgery.

Fantastic Dr Hussain is the best patient well being & understanding along with medical & care outstanding, also Grace the practice nurse, caring & gives this amazing safe hands feeling, above all else the girls on reception Louise & all front desk have the best communication,& confidential & polite caring nothing is a issue to resolve ?

All the positive reviews are 100% fake and affiliated with the staff, in reality it is nothing but a heartache with the receptionists who are always biased against the bame community, Unprofessional rude receptionists, always ready to fight, no communication skills and no customer service skills, very argumentative, don?t know how they are still in this job, Awful disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. Nhs should look into this

This place needs closing down. I have had so many issues in a year half of being at this surgery. They let me down time after time and he rings once and said they ring 3 times. I have found this surgery dirty and have felt harassed and insulted by numerous member of staff who ever is governing compliance on this surgery needs to address this. They mess up ordering medications for someone with heart conditions and serious mental health by sending it to the wrong pharmacist and make you go weeks without medication. Phone call reviews to be told to come in every time. The man wastes his time twice. If you go To this surgery you might die before you see the doctor because you have Q&A with the most rude receptionists I have ever encountered. Please I beg do not come here and as for the NHS shut this place down and save yourself some money. CQC are being contacted.

Always get a welcoming smile and hello,The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful,I have been with dr Hussain since he arrived and he has always helped in any way he can he listens to you and doesn?t automatically reach for a prescription like I?ve known some drs do in the past, in my opinion he is the best dr and very hardworking, he has single handedly built this practice up to what it is today, well done to the receptionist,s for putting up with the awkward patients and some of them are quite abusive, to me this surgery is the best , I would be mortified if they closed it down, I can only praise everyone who works there, well done all of you ??

Can not thank everyone here enough. They have been there for me from start to finish on my cancer journey. Always making time and doing whatever they could. I am so grateful.I would highly recommend Dr Hussain and everyone at the practice

Tried getting an appointment rang from 11:30 30 times half an hour I was trying just kept ringing to be told when they did finally answer there was no appointment it?s a joke
