Awful experience. I ordered a fettuccine chicken pasta. Pasta arrived without chicken. Called the takeaway spoke to an aggressive member of staff who kept saying it?s closed and there is chicken in there. I politely told him it didn?t. Was told called tomorrow call tomorrow before I had a chance to respond the phone was slammed down. Now no answer. Please note it?s 10 pm when the food arrived the place is meant to close at 11 so it states online. I will not be ordering or using this place again.

I had the worst experience here yet in all of Preston. Assistance Dogs are protected under the Equality Act of 2010, and allowed full access to public places. Yet, when trying to get a table here, they gave me a hard time. Once I?d explained further they seemed to accept that it was illegal to separate an assistance dog from their owner - assistance dogs are not pets, but important workers in our health care system. As I was able to leave, a worker came out and said I wasn?t allowed to have my dog in the restaurant. I tried to explain again and yet was told other customers had complained (there was no other customers) and was told that other people minded me having my dog in the restaurant. I explained multiple times that this was illegal and that I require my dog with me for medical purposes as prescribed by my doctor but they laughed at me like I was ridiculous and told me that it wasn?t illegal - like they would know since they?ve clearly never met another disabled person in their life! Another worker came out and backed them up and as two queer women my partner and I got nervous and quickly left. I?ve yet to be so discriminated against as a person with a disability, and I?ll be loudly telling other disabled folks and supporters to avoid this place at all costs. If I can I?ll report them to any local council. They made me feel unwelcome, ridiculous, and I?m sorry to anyone who?s faced issues here before.

If u could give this place 0 stars I would!Had 2 thick black hairs in my chicken and rice ???when I took my plate to the staff, they took it into the back removed the hairs and then brought it back to me and tried telling me there was no hairs in my food? now left feeling sick with my other two work colleges ? disgusting

Amazing food, last ordered from here a few years ago and didn't fail to disappoint then and now. Quality is amazing and will deffinitely order again. Delivery driver was very friendly and fast and followed instructions. Thank you!
