The worst place to shop. Terrible staff, my £140 shopping gone inside primark, and the staff didn't show atleast a little concern. Never will I step my foot into primark again. NEVER. My worst experience.

Not a safe place for shopping. If there was a way of giving 0 star, I would have done it. I bought clothes worth £120, because the bag was very heavy, I left it beside the till where I paid just to get a pair of trousers which I forgot to get. In less than 3 minutes, my bag went missing right inside Primark.
I asked the security, he said he saw the bag but he passed by. I reported to the manager and he said there's nothing he can do about it, that the cctv camera didn't cover that area...can you imagine?
I called the Police and they said they'd come over but never did. My whole day was devastated. This can't even happen in very small shops. I am utterly disappointed in Primark, Preston and I believe they know what happened to my bag of clothing.
The most disappointing shopping experience I've ever had. If that bag was a child, that's how he would have gone missing without any trace.
THAT PLACE IS NOT SAFE. DON'T GO THERE!

My experience is that in the down stairs changing rooms there is only women that can go through no men.Theres 2 options Women or any gender WHAT ABOUT THE MALE.

AVOID!
I went in yesterday for three tee shirts, selected my items (good quality and good price).
Then queued for over an hour because someone has decided (and they need sacking) to install self scan tills??
If my family wasn?t with me I would have left my items wherever and left the store?.
I could have stayed at home and bought the same tee shirts and had them delivered by Amazon, might have been a pound or two dearer, but I wouldn?t have wasted over an hour of my time?..
I will not be going back to Preston Primark, if I enter any Primark stores again I will check the queues/tills before selecting any goods!
Another nail in the high street coffin!!

The shop is clean, I'll give them that.
The size availability is mental. I was in today, and all the most popular items aren't available in anything other than 2xl. Really disapointing, im not sure if it's worth coming back in the future. I would have spent more today if they had my size (medium)

One of the very few places I have been where they cater to men's needs.
Good variety of clothes and Shoes and surprisingly stylish. Definitely go back next time I'm in the UK.
