A pleasure to do business with from start to finish. Firstly Paul in the showroom was polite and very helpful. We saw him on the Monday and he arranged it for the following morning. The fitters turned up on time as promised and they too were polite and efficient. Can?t fault any of the process at all - thank you.

Ordered a fridge for a delivery before Christmas, arrived damaged. Unfortunately only found now as I wanted to take it out for cleaning. Shame I haven't checked it during delivery, but hey, why wouldn't I trust you?

Reading the reviews here they seem to have a high customer satisfaction. However the quality they treat staff is questionable. My partner was working for them for a few weeks however due to my own work injury 2 weeks ago, my partner had to be off. To which he called the company and they advised him to look after me. I was late leaving the hospital and we were extremely tired. The next day he got sacked. I took a star off for this reason. The other was late weekly payment to which they said he will get paid Friday, this made our bills bounce and not once he supposed to get paid this Friday. I felt blamed for my partner losing his job. We tried calling them for payment that he is owed or a reason he was even sacked but nothing. I hope to here from them soon. My partner loved this job and spoke nothing but highly about it. I'm very disappointed how he was treated

What a fabulous experience buying from Preslec in Preston for our new washer. Great service from start to finish. The guy in the shop that I spoke to was so helpful (and patient) when I asked a million questions. The two lads today arrived on time and took the time to work out how to fit our new washing machine as our pipe work wasn't quite right. The price was brilliant, worked out cheaper than online competitors but would happily pay more for the service we received plus the bonus of supporting a local company Thank you

On telephoning Preslec I spoke to Paul,who had great product knowledge, was cheerful and efficient. Mick and Jacob arrived to fit my new double oven efficiently and were polite and helpful. A first class experience shopping with Preslec, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will always use their services in future. Well done Preslec, great customer service.

Great service from these guys. Issue with washing machine, Preslec came and looked at it. After initial tests were done they couldn't find the route cause of the problem. However they took the washer away and wouldn't rest until they had found the issue and sorted - washer now working again. Highly recommend. Massive shout out to Paul in the shop and Russell their engineer for pulling out all the stops to assist.

Incredible service and great price from the guys at Preslec. Struggled to get a tumble dryer anytime soon from several of the so called big boys so rang Preslec, spoke to Paul and ordered a tumble dryer which was delivered within the hour and took our old one away - amazing. I would and will, highly recommend Preslec and of course I will be shopping there again in future. Blown away by the fantastic service, still cant believe how quick and easy it was.

On advice from my electrician, I contacted Preslec about an oven repair. Russell was helpful in getting the issue fixed. Sorted within a week, which included sourcing a rare part. Very good value, would highly recommend.

I had received good recommendations for this company. However, I rang up with an enquiry about getting a household electrical appliance checked and repaired, and the assistant only answered my first question and then dismissed me and hung up while I was still speaking.
