NEVER have anything we need.
Reptile section is pathetically stocked.
The live insects die quicker than any other store I?ve purchased from.
The cat food we need has been shown to be ?available in store? on the 3rd Aug?then the 6th?9th?12th etc.
It?s been 2 weeks, the date just keeps changing?

Did you employ any qualified vets, or is your staff purely focused on sales?
This was the second time a woman?who I believe is supposed to be a vet?tried to sell me expensive painkillers for my elderly dog without properly addressing his actual condition. She pushed a £50/month painkiller, despite me telling her he was already on pain relief. She didn?t seem interested in understanding that.
Today was the final straw.
My 13-year-old dog had difficulty breathing, was vomiting, lethargic, and not eating. My daughter booked an emergency visit. The first thing we were asked was whether he was on any medications. When I said yes, the staff member immediately suggested he needed another painkiller for his legs?when we had come in for his breathing.
We clearly said his legs were not the issue, but she still checked them anyway. She eventually listened to his breathing and said he might need a lung scan?but not today?and that it would cost around £1000. When I asked whether lungs could cause vomiting, she changed the subject and said it could be kidney-related due to his existing painkillers.
So in the same visit, this person suggested both giving more painkillers and then blaming those painkillers for kidney issues. When she saw I was upset, she casually said, ?Well, we could try putting him on oxygen.?
I walked out and complained at reception. The receptionist simply told me the staff recommended additional tests (for £1000), and I still had to pay £83 for the visit.

I always visited this place for all types of birds food. I found it the best quality among commercially available bird foods. I also noticed the wide varieties of all other pets needs here. Staff are always nice and helpful.

WARNING - Do not call this store using the 0845 number shown on Google. This number charges you, whereas other stores are 0345 or local numbers which are usually free. There is no warning.

Parking at this location isn't the best. The store staff were friendly. I was able to find what I wanted quite quickly and staff quickly opened another register when needed.
