I had a lovely experience at Peter Jackson the Jewellers. The selection of rings is exactly what I was looking for with some truly stunning pieces.What truly set this place apart however was the exceptional service provided by the staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and answered all my questions.I highly recommend Peter Jackson the Jewelers to anyone in search of exquisite jewelry and undeniable customer service.

I phoned them. Initially, they just hung up on me mid conversation. They made an excuse about having an Internet phone causing it (or something). We left it with them promising to ring me back. After many days, I've taken my trade elsewhere.

Called in to treat my mum to a pair of earrings yesterday. Kelly Baron provided outstanding customer service by being very friendly and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air to be assisted by someone so genuine and pleasant. A total credit to the company. Thanks, Kelly. And my mum loved her gift!!

Ordered myself a Gucci Ghost ID Bracelet for myself as a treat to find when it arrived I was over the moon. However after close inspection I found that there were quite a lot of scratches to it. Quite disappointed as it?s the same price as buying from Gucci themselves which I have in the past and there?s never been a single mark on them. This wasn?t what I was expecting when paying £275 for a bracelet.

Ordered a Gucci bracelet and it arrived 2 days later over the moon with my purchase package was all neatly wrapped no damage to the bracelet will definately use this store again staff were really helpful

Not yet received my item due to ordering it on a bank holiday Sunday (and it?s only Monday now) but wanted to comment on what a fantastic personal service I have received so far. I was sent an email , (not an automated one ) letting me know my item would be posted as soon as possible and thanking me for my business during these unprecedented times. When I replied querying something with delivery date I was replied back to to settle my nerves and to ensure me that my gift would be delivered on time. They could of left my email unread til tomorrow with it being a bank holiday Monday but went out their way to reply. Defo wouldn?t of got that service from a beaverbrooks etc! Personal service like that is what sets different companies like this apart & a reason why I would return buy from them now.

Excellent service, Danny Bond went to great lengths to assist with finding a strap for a great watch being sold by them as I have a large wrist. Nothing was too much bother and I am now the proud owner of the watch. Will definitely shop there again.

Brilliant service, great product. Ordered a pair of earrings for Christmas, was slightly worried about delivery times etc. so called to make sure they'd be on time, was told they were offering free 1st class delivery on all orders in the build up to Christmas, regardless of whether 2nd or 1st class was chosen at checkout, and that other than a Royal Mail issue they should be with me in plenty of time - arrived next day, product perfect. Next time I need jewellery I know exactly where I'm going.

Easy to shop on line. A great selection of jewelry and watches. Purchased 3 xmas pressies with discount code. Received watches today two days after ordering. Nicely packaged. Been in the shop many times in Bury and Blackburn nice people. Recomend to all. Better than most jewellers.
