“We went into the shop yesterday afternoon in dull spirits.The weather was miserable and it was really cold.I was looking for a warm coat - preferably a branded parka. But, my motivation was low and I really couldn’t be bothered to make the effort to try things on and hunt around for the right size.Enter Sarah … what a star! She was bright and bubbly and eager to help. Sarah persisted, even when I was insistent that there was no way that I was going to wear something that was boring.And what was the result. The purchase of a light grey, DLX parka. Not only is it beautiful, it’s functional and it’s flattering. But if it wasn’t for Sarah’s persistence, I would be sitting on the cold Manchester train this morning, wishing I’d bought something that would keep me warm! Or sitting wearing something I had wished I haven’t bought!Instead, I have a coat that I love.Sarah demonstrated customer service at its very best.
