Very poor service.i receive daily parcels from my suppliers and we specifically attach label on parcel to state items to be delivered after 10am as that's our opening hours , the driver is also aware of this but they do not care, deliberately attempts delivery at 8.30am full well knowing business is closed.I will be closing my business account and moving to royal mail or DPD.

Parcel sat at the depot since 31st today is the 9th not had any notification regarding the parcel which came from Holland, Emailed supplier which informed me that I need to pay customs. could only pay if PF contacted me and give me a 17 digit reference number.Tried paying the amount today payment platform is down. Now been told easier to go and pick up and pay at the spot....

Was kept informed as to where my parcel was. Missed initial delivery though but was able to collect at local depot

Parcel from usa got to london on 26th nov,i went & picked it up from a depot on 22nd dec,i know it has to go through a few checks etc but that timescale seems a bit excessive,at least the people who work there are helpful.

Never follow delivery instructions just knocks and runs, packages always damaged when collected. Make APC & UPS look professional.

Rubbish. Apparently the driver couldn't find my address (even though I live on the busiest, most common known road in my town)No communication whatsoever. Don't even bother trying to speak to an actual person regarding an inquiry, as its virtually impossible.Possibly the worst delivery company to deal with, and that takes some doing. Rubbish service...Still waiting on my delivery.

Parcel Force said my address couldn't be found so didn't deliver my parcel. Customer services were useless. I live on the main road through a large village with my house number clearly marked. Their own tracking service had my address marked on the map! Yet they couldn't find it. Absolutely useless. Never had any issues with any other delivery company to my address. More a case of the driver couldn't be bothered I suspect. Avoid at all costs.

Tracking said my parcel was out for delivery, at 12.35 tracking changed to delivery failed as they were unable to find my address. I have never had an issue with delivery companies finding my address before. Second day I waited in for the parcel and at 3pm tracking changed to say they had attempted delivery at 13.37 but I wasn?t home and a card had been left. No one had been as I was here waiting and no card was left. Terrible service.

This is my 3rd day I'm waiting for my parcel,Last 2 days when I'm tracking it said out of delivery, if you hav any problem to deliver, I can collect from your office guys. It's urgent.

Where is my parcel?I received a notice from the parcelforce delivery driver, on which someone wrote like a hen with a claw about my shipment. I had to deduce what was written there. The post office address provided does not match the post code. I went to both post offices today and neither of them knows where my parcel is. There are probably no such terrible delivery services anywhere. Before delivery, I did not receive any information that the delivery would take place, I could not indicate where to leave the parcel or pick it up. The main post office in Darwen, where there is a collection point, does not provide collection for people who work. The only day when a working person can pick up a parcel there is Saturday, but of course the opening time of this point given online is different from the actual one (it's a real nightmare).

Absolute shambles. Waited in to be told , no we won't be delivering today . Had to pick my own parcels up in the end and the packaging was damaged. Terrible service

Horrendous. Parcel for next day delivery got lost. Nobody knew where it was. Then miraculously appeared from nowhere to finally be delivered somewhat dishevelled 3 weeks later.Cost for next day delivery plus insurance £27. Offered derisory sum of £2 in compensation!Never again. Even Evri are better.

Parcel should have been delivered Monday lunchtime but on Monday it was still sitting in Blackpool Revoe and had not moved. I am normally a big supporter of Parcelforce but on this occasion it is now day 4 of a 48 hour delivery and I am in NORTHERN IRELAND and my parcel is still in Preston, so it could be 6 days for a 48 hour delivery, surely I am entitled to a refund for a 300% extension on the paid for 48 hour delivery that cost me personally £14.
