Bad pizza, bad service , just bad! Never again!

the food itself has always been great, and the pizza always arrives hot, but delivering from the app or website is a MESS. each time i?ve ordered it takes way over an hour even though i live down the road, i had messages saying my order was cancelled multiple times, i call up and get barely an answer, just it will take ?15 minutes?, another half hour goes by so i call again multiple times to no answer, keep getting messages to say the order was cancelled, only for it to arrive over an hour late, do not order from them, the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Pizza was made mega quick and both were superb. Great offers on the app. Read a lot of negative reviews but can't fault my personal experience ?

Staff are really friendly, the pizza is the best as always as they use a special dough. Perfect treat and you get rewards for multiple orders.

Got a student voucher for a free medium pizza, used it, added £14 worth of items so I could get my chosen pizza delivered which appeared in the basket, yet my order came without it:( Super disappointed.

The worst pizza I have ever ordered as a takeaway.
Was supposed to be a half and half with cheese and tomato for the kids and a works for the adults.
Arrived as a full works.
The ingredients were of such a poor quality.
Dough tasted raw.
Tomato base non existent.
Cheese limited and tasted really bad.
'Italian sausage'??? There was some sliced hotdog which stunk to high heaven and tasted like the cheapest product ever. Made the pizza inedible.
Using these franchises really is a lottery and this one is the worst and stain on the Papa John's previously good reputation.

Ordered delivery but the wrong order came. We tried to call them but they refused to answer.
We can't even eat the food that arrived as we have allergies.
Such a waste of food and money.
You would think a chain restaurant charging £££ would be able to afford a working phone.
Not angry, just disappointed.

Without fail almost every Thursday we order from this papa johns. And they?re always fantastic pizzas, we have a lovely delivery man called Nadeem, who brings us the pizza super quickly and is friendly and professional. Have never had a bad experience. Thank you guys

Second time now that vegan food has turned up as meat. Not bothered when you call them. If the phones even on. Delivered late, cold and not a care in the world. Last time I use this place. Please sort it out.
Vegetarian options: DO NOT GO HERE IF VEGAN, VEGGIE, HAVE ALLERGIES OR CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU GET!

I?ve bought pizza from this establishment several times before and it?s been fine. One of the times I ordered from this place before I had a ??small?? issue where I was given a non vegan item as a vegan but as we collected it the staff apologized and corrected the mistake quickly for us.
This time (Saturday night) I?ve ordered through the website for delivery. 20 minutes after ordering the update says my pizza has been delivered but I?m still empty handed. Call the shop a few times and the line is not even ringing, I press ?I haven?t received my order? on the site and I?m told to ring if it doesn?t show up in 5 minutes, which it doesn?t so I end up calling the shop 10 times, with absolutely no luck.
30 minutes after my pizza has been ?delivered? the driver actually shows up saying ?yeah, phone lines are down and the website just does that? when asked why this had happened.
I?m not spending £40 in two pizzas just to sit and wonder if it will or will not show up, if they?ll give it to someone else or if they?ll even pick up the phone.
It?s just not good enough for such company.
Update: I ordered the Vegan Nuggets and Potato Tots Combo. I got vegan nuggets and no potato tots, but chicken nuggets as well. Absolute joke. Never ordering from this place again.
