I had amazing customer service today from a lovely woman named Samantha. I came in looking for a necklace to fit a charm I?d been bought and she was so patient and helpful in making sure I left with the perfect one. Visited the preston store with my daughter and we were served by Lewis. Such a friendly welcome that we couldn't leave, Lewis left us to browse, then answered our questions and assisted my daughter to try on a necklace which we purchased. Thank you Lewis, your customer service was amazing and we both left smiling.

Called the Preston store checking stock before I travelled to the store, the stock was put to one side for when I got there. The man that served me (Lewis) turned out to be the one I?d spoken to on the phone and he was such a friendly helpful person, taking the time to speak to me and show me lots of options and sizes! It's Christmas,so my annual shopping outing with the Mrs, this year Preston pandora,she were right excited!!!My shopping prowess excells in pandora,no fuss,simple,very nice staff,and our lass loves pandora bought a couple of items,and something reduced in price if you'd spent a certain amount,boxed bagged big smiles all round,once again well done great job.P.S.not a criticism a question Pandora's don't have Xmas decorations is this a company wide thing??.?????

Visited the Preston store today and was served by Lewis. He was so helpful and friendly. Found me the exact rings I had been looking for online for weeks. He took the time to have a conversation with me and showed me a selection of multiple products I was interested in and ended up purchasing. It was a really great shopping experience. Very bad customer service my 14 year old daughters charm broke from the clip it?s was a defective it was only 2 months I showed the receipt and ask them to give me another one the manger Yuen talk to me so rudely and said I cut the charm with the scissors and didn?t return it
I was so shocked how can anyone cut a metal with the sissors
Took it to Epping store they rerun and gave me another one as a replacement
