I had amazing customer service today from a lovely woman named Samantha. I came in looking for a necklace to fit a charm I’d been bought and she was so patient and helpful in making sure I left with the perfect one. Visited the preston store with my daughter and we were served by Lewis. Such a friendly welcome that we couldn't leave, Lewis left us to browse, then answered our questions and assisted my daughter to try on a necklace which we purchased. Thank you Lewis, your customer service was amazing and we both left smiling.

Called the Preston store checking stock before I travelled to the store, the stock was put to one side for when I got there. The man that served me (Lewis) turned out to be the one I’d spoken to on the phone and he was such a friendly helpful person, taking the time to speak to me and show me lots of options and sizes!...
