The purchase of a light grey, DLX parka. Not only is it beautiful, it’s functional and it’s flattering. But if it wasn’t for Sarah’s persistence, I would be sitting on the cold Manchester train this morning, wishing I’d bought something that would keep me warm! Or sitting wearing something I had wished I haven’t bought!Instead, I have a coat that I love.Sarah demonstrated customer service at its very best.
