I received supreme service from Naim and Nimisha on my visit. I managed to get deeper depth of what was happening with my eyes. Moreover I got a chance to interact for more details concerning the ailment affecting me.

Optical express rang me to book an appointment after I inquired online, they told me they would charge me £50 non refundable if I failed to attend.
I am currently sat at optical express and have travelled 30 miles to attend this appointment only to be told that for some unknown reason my appointment has been cancelled.
They only emailed me to confirm my appointment and no further communication was sent. Very disappointed and from the experience I have had I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Before publishing this review I have let the receptionist read it who agreed it was an honest review of my experience.

I recently had laser eye surgery performed by Optical Express, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. My initial consultation and follow-up appointments were conducted at the Preston branch, where the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. They answered all of my questions, provided excellent advice, and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice about the procedure.
The surgery itself took place in Manchester, and it was absolutely nothing to worry about. Once again, all the staff were thorough, friendly, and highly professional. I was amazed to have better than 20/20 vision in less than 24 hours after the surgery!
I highly recommend Optical Express to anyone considering laser eye surgery. They provided an outstanding service, and I couldn't fault them at all.

Visited Preston OpticalExpress for a consultation on laser eye surgery, but all the staff were so nice, informative and helpful that I booked on there and then.
Asim was super helpful and so easy to talk to about any concerns and questions I had.
Had my surgery in Manchester and it went smoothly and now I have perfect vision thanks to my surgeon Sajjad Mughal.
The whole procedure was calm and explained throughout to help ease nerves.
Been back to Preston since for my follow up appointments and again Asim was cheerful and made it a comfortable experience.
