Sick to death and tired of this shop. You order what you need and never get it, they constantly refund on most items only leaving you with 3 items and if you attempt to cancel so you can shop else where to get your groceries they charge you anyway for it. If you don?t have stuff then take it offline. It doesn?t take rocket scientist does it. DO YOUR JOB. So now I?m stuck with the other items I don?t really need and where I live the delivery is expensive. 2 items under £2 for £19 IMAGINE this every time I attempt to order. Never again!!!! Rather spend £100 on 5 items from londis than this joke of a store. First to get picked up out of 4 orders from driver and mine delivered last.

Had a very strange encounter when trying to top my electric card up, I asked the staff working on the counter to get their manager to help with my problem I paid to top a new electric card up and the card was invalid (the electric one) so I was under the impression they?d give my money back however me being disgruntled and annoyed at the situation was told it would be three days for my money back baring in mind I hadn?t even left the shop or received any product or service! This shabby lady appeared from the back called Carla and what a massive misrepresentation to the larger chain (Tesco) she was. She had no customer service skills what so ever, she appeared and instantly became angry (raising her voice at an already disgruntled customer) I?m not sure what training regime or practice they have in place but this lady had no customer service skills or representation towards one stop or Tesco what so ever. I fear for any old men or women that have to deal with her embarrassing attitude in the future and she should be dismissed from her position immediately until she is fully trained.However I will continue to use my local shop as the other staff there are very welcoming and all great to speak with.

My husband was acting strange again then he left me so I decided to leave then I found ikhideonline I explain everything to him he told me to send his picture and full name then I did or he told me I should hold on that he will be back, then he came and said that my husband loves me but there is a woman who is trying to separate our relationship that is why he cast a love on my husband but now we are living happy life ? once again thanks ikhide if you are also in a situation I advise you to reach him below ??
