Competent, friendly and informative are the sort of words I would use to describe my experience of One Call garage: from my initial telephone enquiry to the final moment when I drove away with a fully serviced motorhome, ready for its next journey to the far reaches of Europe and beyond. I have driven my way through 5 motorhomes in the last 30 years and this was as good as it gets.Excellent service extended beyond their doors. For one problem they couldn?t fix (a broken spring in the habitation door lock), I was given the name of someone who could in a nearby specialist motorhome dealership (Todds). They can and they will, and so everything is sorted.One Call? I wouldn?t hesitate to call again and recommend other motorhomers and campervanners to make their own call.

Danke für die schnelle und freundliche Hilfe. Unsere Vakuumpumpe an unsrem alten T3 war defekt. So mussten wir auf unserer Durchreise nach Schottland notgedrungen eine Werkstatt aufsuchen. Onecall Preston hat alles getan um schnellstmöglich eine neue Pumpe zu besorgen. Innerhalb 24 h waren wir wieder auf der Straße. Wir wurden mit Tee und Kaffe versorgt, durften die Toilette nutzen und über Nacht vor der Werkstatt campen. Mal was anderes ?? Sehr nettes Team! Und der Preis war absolut ok. Wie zu Hause in Deutschland.

As someboby said before: absolute rip-off garage. They discovered an unimportant fault in a head lamp at MOT. They wanted £500 for a new set of lamps, including £160 for work, what meant unscrewing 6 small bolts and connecting harness. Probably no more then 15 minutes job. We went to another garage and the car passed MOT without any problems.

What a team of workers couldn't do enough to get a new engine put back in the motorhome & full service carried out. Just booked in for an MOT so would definetly recommend for value for money, workmanship & plenty of banter from a great team?

Had my battery replaced in December, I cannot fault One Call Preston, they kept me fully informed, and were so professional. In terms of the pandemic I felt safe attending the garage and hey had taken multiple steps to ensure I was safe. The customer care was excellent and I would net hesitate to use them again to get my vehicle repaired.Service: Battery

I?ve used this garage for years as they have moved premises with there expansion I?ve moved with them. I have always found them to be genuine professional and very reasonable. They have undertaken a lot of repairs on various cars numerous services and Mots. The most recent works carried out was panel damage and paint which after they did there magic looks fantastic you would never know.I have had some dreadful experiences with other garages in the past unlike OneCall4all they excel in giving all round 1st class service.Obviously I would recommend this garage for a wide range of things that they offer at a fair price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Booked in for MOT great friendly welcome. Price was given for repairs at just short of £800. I called a few other garages and by doing tyres myself saved £60 and got a price of £480 from another garage. Called to see if they wanted to match the price. Nope wouldn't even entertain the idea of give reasons why their price was so high. So I got the work done for £480 and did the tyres, took it back for a retest £20 and they tried to charge me the £20 plus another £30 and vat for swapping back tyres over, so £58. Logic being they'd of failed it and I'd have to pay for a full retest - £40.I refused to pay as that would still of been £18 cheaper. In the end they charged me £15 for swapping the tyres so still around £40.I won't go back, but will say they're very friendly and relaxed with pick up and drop off of the car.
