My partner and I visited the Preston Store where James the store manager greeted us. My partner has been having problems with the connectivity and wasn?t getting much help from head office. James was superb, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was amazing! We left the store happy and everything sorted. James is a credit to the company and I would recommend the store to my friends and family! Thanks James!

Called up as needed headphones urgently and they found the last pair for me and kept them until I could get into store later today. Lovely staff and so so helpful. Can?t thank them enough as I?m lost without my headphones!

Dear o2 please fire the people that keep spam calling me to get a new contract and invest that money into fixing the signal. I would consider getting a new contract if you didn't have the worse signal out there.

If you live in Preston, don?t ever sign up to O2 really bad signal especially Blackpool and all the surrounding area customer service is it okay though? Stuff here tried to help but not they can do

This people working here are absurd and delusional. They Think international people dont deserve to buy a phone in contract and refuse to sell any. why do you expect most international people to speak and act like british? remember there are 67 million british and more than 8 billion people in this world that are not british...dont expect everyone to speak english and act like a british person unless you are foolish and delusional. i could get the phone i wanted from manchester. so how am i worthy to have that in manchester but not in this shop in preston when i live in preston? so its the people working here that have a chip on the shoulder.

Very bad, they are not providing phones for foreigners. When we went for Samsung phone they told as we have to live in uk for at least 3 years.
