They told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. What they really meant was 2 hours?maybe longer. Their version of ?15 minutes? is so stretched you?d think they invented a new time zone. If you come here, bring a seat, because you might just get your prescription eventually? I?m still waiting.

Always something missing from repeat prescription, when you ring up to see if it's all ready you're told yes then when you go in, oh sorry we've had to order something, and always a long wait even though it's supposed to be ready

I have been to see the pharmacy today to see the pharmacist as I have had a sore throat for days, I was seen by the pharmacist who was fantastic and prescribed me antibiotics which as you can imagine in the Xmas run up this has saved so much time and will ensure I am well for Xmas. Thanks so much

Very disappointing experience. The pharmacy mixed up my medication with someone else?s twice, which could have had serious health consequences. Additionally, when I came to pick up my medicines (after receiving a message that they were ready), the three staff members behind the counter refused to give me my package, claiming they were on a lunch break. This break was not mentioned in the pharmacy?s posted opening hours, which is misleading for customers. I had to return an hour later, which was very inconvenient. I expected more professionalism and customer care in such an important place as a pharmacy.

I self refffered for a sore throat after not being able to get a gp appointment. 111 advised I could get checked by any pharmacy. So I went here and got seen straight away and I got given antibiotics all within 15minutes on a saturday!. Was great!

Contacted last week got told a essential item I needed that i already had waited a week for would be ready for me to collect. Went today firstly got told the pharmacist is getting it ready then came back and stated we haven?t got it.

Came here for my covid and flu vaccine, seemed everyone had the same appointment at the same time, lots of people walked out, poorly organised. Strangely I was seen too pretty quickly in all fairness. My poor rating is because I have now left my name and telephone twice for someone to call me with regards to a holiday vaccination I need and no reply. When you tell a customer someone will call you the next day, or as in the second occassion I left my number, the pharmacist will call you right back. Then you need to call them, it's simple manners, guess you don't need the business?
