I ordered two trousers yesterday. I was told they will be here tomorrow. Received two messages one it's on its way and 2nd your order is here. Went to pick it up and I was told only one trousers is here, how ridiculous, then this last told me that we normally say come at 4pm to pick them up?? So did you message me and especially when only one trosurre is here. She walked away no apology and I was stood there wondering. Now just got home and I received the message your parcel is here, how amazing.

Just to note this is not a review on the company Next itself, but based solely on a staff member experience at this particular branch.
I was unfortunate enough to witness a member of staff in uniform screaming and shouting at another young woman in the car park. The lady was called Rabia (according to her name tag) and the language used was shocking especially in front of so many families and children. A lot of people saw this altercation and many people went over to try and calm her down however she became increasing abusive and aggressive.
This has really put me off this particular branch as it is clear professionalism does not seem to be at the top of the priority list.

Had the misfortune of crossing paths with an employee with the name tag ?Rabia? from the Next store on Saturday. She reversed her car into mine in the car park and then decided to throw a full-blown tantrum instead of apologising. She raised her voice at me, and although more than double my age, proceeded to behave like a toddler who?d missed their nap time. To top it off, when a witness confirmed she?d seen Rabia hit my car, Rabia decided it was appropriate to shout at her too. Her unprofessional and confrontational attitude, especially whilst representing Next, was unacceptable and I think Next should retrain this particular employee on their conduct whilst representing the company outside of work.

Traveled from Morecambe to look at purchasing a suit for a black tie event, the assistant was very helpfull and knowledgeable, he even stayed longer than he should have to help me out. 5 stars isn?t enough. Well done. Unfortunately I didn?t get a name, older gentleman slim build that started his career in a small shop.

My son left a bag of shopping in this store today, thankfully some nice person left it with the lovely staff.i will continue shopping on deepdale due to honesty of local people,this has made my 7 year old boys holiday.thank you so much random stranger.hope good things come to you xx nick

After being directed here by Capitol Centre Next as may ?possibly? have a shirt in my size, we searched the rails with no joy. About to leave disappointed up steps ?Sumaiya? only too happy to help. With no picture we described the shirt as best we could and off she went only to return minutes later with said shirt. We left very happy and impressed at how well we were looked after.

Parking outside Next just like in the headline photo will get you a nasty £100 charge letter several weeks later. I won't be returning!

Whatever you save in the next sale you will lose possibly camera parking scam they are operating outside. Debt collection letter for £170 with no correspondence before that lucrative scam BEWARE

Beware of parking outside you are likely to get a parking ticket on the car park which is not like the council they just make up hundreds of pounds and send you a debt collection letter it?s a very lucrative scam for them
