8 vacant tables and they told me to wait 25 minutes as they are all booked. I looked at the wait list on show and there's only 2 tables of 2 people "booked". There's 20 vacant seats an I am being told to wait 25 minutes. If I owned that restaurant and saw 4 people about to walk away with 20 vacant seats I would be fuming but it seems Nandos don't include customer service in their training for managers

Great experience we were met by Yusef great and very nice bloke when we originally got our starters they were ice cold but Yusef sorted it out for us and from that point the food was piping hot and great quality definitely boosted the experience thanks to

I've been to a few Nando's this one is the worst. I waited longer for my food maybe because they have a lot of orders for delivery. then my food came burnt. the guests were all different I just came across a lot of very loud young people.
the only advantage is that I didn't have to wait for a table.
