Honestly, from the start of the whole process of choosing the style of suits for my wedding, the manager and staff at Moss (Preston Store) showed my wife and myself how much they care about the customer journey, not only listening to exactly what was asked for but providing much needed help and support designing multiple custom suits but also giving advice on rentals. I also found all staff to be extremely friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this store as without their input, we would have honestly been lost.

Horrible Moss Bros store, staff always ignoring customers and being slow. Partner visited again today and was served by Mollie, returned with the wrong colour waistcoat even after being told what suit we had and needed to match. Now need to return another order and place a new one. Also need to fix the lighting in the store, not even 50% of the lights downstairs work. Save your time and go to Manchester instead.

We hired my daughter's wedding suits from the Preston branch. Nearly didn't. If it wasn't for Mark, what a lovely person, he put everything right and we felt like family by the time we left the shop.. can't recommend him enough. Thanks Mark

Today, my partner and I visited to explore suit options, as we were unsure whether to rent or buy. We first asked the receptionist about rentals, and she directed us downstairs, saying someone would be there to assist us.
However, after waiting for a while with no assistance, we approached a staff member to ask some questions. Unfortunately, the response was quite dismissive ? he simply said, ?This is the rental side,? and walked away, without offering any further help or explanation.
We understand that we didn?t have an appointment and that there were other customers present, but given the positive reviews we had read beforehand, we were expecting a more welcoming and informative experience. A simple acknowledgement of the situation or even a brief explanation would have made a big difference. We left feeling a bit neglected and disappointed.

After visiting several suit shops ? including independents, other chains, and even a couple of other Moss Bros stores ? I can confidently say Moss Bros Preston stood head and shoulders above the rest.
From the moment I walked in, the experience felt completely different. Zac greeted me and my fiancée, gave us a proper tour of the options available for the season, and without being asked, prepared multiple tie choices already knotted and ready to try on ? small touches that made a huge difference. It was the first time I truly felt like I was shopping for my wedding suit.
Zac also helped us arrange suit hire for my groomsmen and made sure everyone was looked after. When I returned closer to the date to get measured for my custom suit, Molly stepped in seamlessly and took care of the next steps. When the suit first arrived and didn?t fit quite right, Mark (the store manager) personally worked with me through several fittings, liaising with the tailor to get everything just right. Even after multiple visits, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience ? quite the opposite. The dedication to getting the fit perfect was outstanding.
The level of customer service at Moss Bros Preston is genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel enjoyable and well-supported. Huge thanks to Mark, Zac, Molly, and the rest of the team ? I wouldn?t go anywhere else for a suit now.

Really disappointed for my partner and his experience in Moss Bros, Preston this morning. He booked an appointment to decide on his suit for our wedding, wanting to decide between buying or having custom made. Budget was no concern, hence why he chose not to go to a cheaper competitor. However he left the store saying the service was comparable to a standard clothing shop like Next, and he received very limited support or guidance choosing a suit that is meant to represent one of the most important days of our lives. A real shame given the other reviews on here we were expecting a much better service, and given how excited we had been looking at your suits online and how excited he was to come down from Cumbria this morning.

Just ordered a custom suit today for my son?s wedding, and I genuinely can?t praise the team enough. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I walked in with no clear idea of what I wanted?just a hope to look sharp in something that truly fits?and walked out feeling excited and confident. The level of care, expertise, and personal attention was exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the service was not only professional but incredibly warm and welcoming. The manager, who assisted me throughout, was nothing short of brilliant?despite being in high demand, they made me feel like the most important client in the room. What started as a reluctant task has turned into eager anticipation for the finished suit. Highly recommend!

I recently came in with my fiance to find him a suit for our wedding and Zak was so helpful. His attention to detail was amazing & he was really knowledgeable. My fiance is very happy with the suit he bought and we would definitely return & recommend. Thanks to Patrick too.

We went to Moss Brothers as they were recommended by friends. 10 min walk from fishergate car park. Mark and Empi were very helpful. We wanted to hire a morning suit and Mark instantly suggested the one for my partner. After trying it on the fit, colours, style everything was spot on, amazing!. It would have been a quick visit however, unfortunately I twisted my ankle on a 1inch step. Mark and Empi were so helpful, my ankle swelled up and Mark ran around to the coffee shop to get me some ice. They made me feel very comfortable. The service for the suit fitting was incredible with lots of attention to details and goodness I couldn?t have hoped for two better gentlemen to help me with my ankle which has been confirmed broken ????. I will definitely recommend Moss and Brothers in Preston for excellent service and quality.

Went to Moss Bros Preston for a father of the Bride 3-piece suit and all the accessories. A long time since hubby has worn a suit and we had no idea how sizing would work out. Booked an appointment for the full service of measuring and expert advice on best style and fit. Most of the suit olive green tweed suit chosen was as-standard already on the rack in the shop, however, the trousers, as expected, needed to be made to measure to fit. The service received was second to none from start to finish. The made to measure trousers fit perfectly on arrival. The team couldn't do enough to help with advice and suggestions of colours where a second opinion was needed. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed. The team's aim was for hubby to leave looking the perfect FOTB and comfortable in his new attire.
Buying anything online was never a consideration, we wanted the personal service and touch that Moss could and did provide during our visits. Hubby is going to be one proud FOTB wearing his new Moss suit.
Many thanks to Mark, Patrick and Molly for all the time spent with us and getting everything as perfect as it is for the big day. We couldn't have done it without them. They made the whole process which we thought was going to be really hard very smooth indeed.
Great job Moss Preston team, we'd not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone looking for a more personal service for wedding or other mens wear ?
