Save yourself the hassle and choose a different pharmacy. The most incompetent and rude staff you will ever come across. They need retraining the lot of them.

They close at 7pm. I was there for 6.40pm. I asked for a private consultation and was asked to wait as pharmacist was with someone. After 10 minutes. He came out and told me to go somewhere else! At this point it was still 6.50 pm. Told me drive for another mile and go to another pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. One of the customer was in tears for some reason and the girl behind the counter just rolled her eyes.! Have some respect for someone in need. Overall horrible experience

I?ve been going to cottam pharmacy for over ten years and never had a problem till recently!!! So I left and followed Len to Morrisons, first time ordering, rang up phone answered straight away meds already ready, straight in collect and go!!! Just what I needed after the 50 min wait at Cottam last month and being told in front of a room of people some of my medications cost them a fortune!! Anybody thinking of moving I 100 percent would, now to move GPs so I might actually be able to get an appointment!! Thanks to all at the chemist keep up the hard work

It took quite a while for them to get the medication ready, which didn't leave much reassurance. When we finally received it, there were no instructions given. When I asked about this, I was told, ?It?s all on the box.? Sure, I get that, but would it really hurt to quickly go through it to make sure we?re doing things right? A little communication goes a long way!

Terrible Chemist. Perscription?s never ready and last time went to collect was told had already been collected 2 days earlier, which it obviously hadn?t been. Sure enough they suddenly found it.

Amazing service. Prescription ready and waiting. No fuss. Friendly staff. Waited short while as someone else being served. To be expected. Credit where credit due.

Prescription never ready with plenty of notice. Pharmacist taking long lunch break & can?t even get an emergency prescription. Service is unbelievable & avoid if you can

The level of delusion, incompetence at this place is astonishing, prescriptions are never ready on time, even tho you ring ahead and ask! The staff don't appear to know what day it is and the pharmacist takes around a 2 hour lunch break, why you're only there for 7 hours, thank god these people are all in one place, we can just avoid, keep them here so they can't ruin another business! Can you imagine these people doing a real job , nothing would get done! Thank god they aren't paramedics, we'd all be dead! Absolutely useless!

Had my prescription since 1st April, yet on the 6th April they still would not dispense it.
Ordered early to avoid this happening again.
They also turned a lady away who had come to collect medicine for her child?s epilepsy

Pharmacist is hardly ever available during the day and the times they do make an appearance are not displayed - which means several trips in the car to ?hopefully? collect a repeat prescription because the counter staff (who shout to inform you from the back room) are not able to issue until the pharmacist returns. Just rude. Poorly managed. Come on Morrisons - you can do better - this is not a reason to shop here! Let?s down an otherwise lovely store.

An absolute disgusting staff no idea what they are doing
Have given me the wrong prescription and I said I can?t take it as this is not what I should and they?ve refused to take it back it means they just want to give whatever they want to
