Save yourself the hassle and choose a different pharmacy. The most incompetent and rude staff you will ever come across. They need retraining the lot of them.

They close at 7pm. I was there for 6.40pm. I asked for a private consultation and was asked to wait as pharmacist was with someone. After 10 minutes. He came out and told me to go somewhere else! I’ve been going to cottam pharmacy for over ten years and never had a problem till recently!!! So I left and followed Len to Morrisons, first time ordering, rang up phone answered straight away meds already ready, straight in collect and go!!!
