Ordered food on screen but couldn't pay as no table nos available. No food on display. Said 10-15 min wait but had to get refund after 35 mins as they changed the wait to 1hr and we had somewhere else to be.Not enough staff to serve or clean tables even though cafe was only one third full. Took seconds to pay but two days to get refund

Quite a big place with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and don't mind helping if you can't find what you need. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Cannot believe how quickly the Preston store has gone down hill , you would think they would be trying harder with new stores opening up around them , just been in this morning and there are pallets of stock all over the place but the shelves are empty, then there are the order pickers all over with the big yellow trolleys , was in at 10.20 today and the Sunday papers where all in a trolly tied up , not on the shelves, not a happy shopper , God help you at Xmas time ?

They stock a wide variety of products and manufacturers, usually quite reasonable prices and have a lot of More card offers, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Be careful, often products on offer on the shelves are still at full price when put through till. Also products are placed on shelves in a manner to confuse for example on 4 for £5 frozen food deals they place 1 item which is not in the deal amongst the items which are so that breaks the deal at the till and you end up paying up to £15 at till rather than the £5.
Same practice at the at the 2 for £11 wine shelf more expensive bottles are placed between the 2 for £11 bottles.
Another common one in this store is the price of a common every day item is missing, but you pick it up anyway because you buy it all the time, thing is the week the price has been removed it?s doubled in price, strange that isn?t it?
Check your reciept every time!

Just went to do my grocery shopping and left in tears. I spent £89 only to be shouted at and told off by a member of staff at the checkout becuase MY more card wouldn't load becuase their is no signal in THEIR store.
When I tried to ask him to stop telling me off he just kept speaking over the top of me and telling me I should load my card BEFORE I get to the store.
Needless to say I won't be back ever.
I only went to do my shopping not to be embarreds, humiliated and berated in front of other shoppers and staff and definitely not to leave in tears.
This isn't the first time members of staff have been rude to me in this store due to problems with their technology....but it will certainly be the last.
